Four Seasons Natural Foods is a family owned natural foods grocery store located in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. In the foothills of the Adirondacks, the store has been locally owned and operated for over 30 years. We have a long-term staff genuinely committed to the service of our patrons.
Four Seasons has served our community by providing healthy grocery choices, fresh prepared foods, supplements and herbs, beauty care, and the finest organic and local produce options available. We believe strongly in our commitment to provide a healthy and welcoming option downtown.

Four Seasons was founded in 1988. We moved several times in the first couple years before occupying 33 Phila Street, where we stayed for over 30 years! In 2014, we moved our store to 120 Henry Street and expanded our Cafe at the Phila Street location. In 2021, we closed the cafe, but expanded the kitchen in the store and offer many of the same foods we that our customers have loved for decades.
